Conducting Serious Incident Investigations in Albany, NY

Labor Relations Alternatives is offering our Conducting Serious Incident Investigations course, a three day program designed to teach participants the fundamental principles of investigation including the role of speed, thoroughness and objectivity in conducting investigations; collecting and preserving physical evidence; interviewing witnesses and obtaining written statements; collecting other documentary evidence; and reconciling conflicting testimonial evidence. LRA will also offer the exam for Level I Certified Investigator to those who attend the course.

Class schedule: 9:00 am to 4:30 pm on October 24-25 and 9:00 am to 3:00 pm on October 26

Exam: 3:30 pm on October 26
