Labor Relations Alternatives is offering our Conducting Serious Incident Investigations course, a three day program designed to teach participants the fundamental principles of investigation including the role of speed, thoroughness and objectivity in conducting investigations; collecting and preserving physical evidence; interviewing witnesses and obtaining written statments; collecting other documentary evidence; and reconciling conflicting testimonial evidence.  LRA will also offer the exam for Level I Certified Investigator to those who attend the course.  

Class schedule: 9:00 am to 4:30 pm on May 2-3, and 9:00 am to 3:00 pm on May 4

Exam (Optional): 3:30pm on May 4

Cost: $559 for the course and $179 for the exam  (10% discount on the course fee when an agency registers 3 or more persons)
